An imposing country estate and mansion in Cheshire was recently redeveloped and estate infrastructure extensively improved for a private Client.

The mansion was almost completely refitted internally to provide very high quality rooms and facilities and to incorporate an extensive pool spa and gym complex.

In addition to the main house various courtyard buildings have been refurbished as family and guest suites and an entertainment / corporate meeting area. All have extensive interlinked heating, lighting, electrical systems, alarm and communication networks, providing a modern functional complex whilst retaining a character domestic ambience.

A new stables complex was created to provide stabling, treatment facilities, grooms office and tack room. The stables are also the location for the main electric intake and standby generator for the complete estate.

Extensive underground services networks were provided throughout the estate to route utility services and internal distribution of water, oil, electrical, and alarm and security systems cabling and pipework.

Detailed planning ensured co-ordination of routes, minimisation of disturbance to the landscape, and the restoration of the hard and soft landscaping with no obvious disturbance.
